Sauteed Beet Greens

I love beets.  Real beets.  Not that stuff in the can.

But what do you do with the tops?  Are they supposed to be eaten?  Do they taste good?




Enter bacon.  Bacon makes everything taste good.  And beet greens are no exception.

This dish literally takes about 10 minutes.  If that.

Serve with roasted beets and crock pot chicken?  Hellz yeah.
